With 30 years of hospitality industry experience combined with several years teaching hospitality management, Mike is uniquely qualified. He has worked from coast to coast with major hotel chains as well as independent operations. A wide range of management experience in Accounting, Purchasing, F&B Control, Bar Management, Operations, Training and development allows him to look at an operation from all sides and see opportunities.
